Storio Group Initiates Brand and Leadership Transformation to Drive Future Expansion

The entity previously identified as albelli-Photobox Group, encompassing the notable brands Photobox UK and Bonusprint, has transitioned to Storio group. This rebranding represents a significant evolution within the personalised photo product industry in Europe, supported by a substantial revenue base of over EUR 340M and a loyal customer base totalling 11 million. Alongside this brand renewal, a key leadership transition has occurred, with Alessandro Coppo taking on the CEO role, succeeding Tristan Money, from 8th February 2024. This change at the helm is integral to the company’s strategic roadmap following its merger, aimed at enhancing integration, propelling innovation, and driving growth.

The announcement of this pivotal rebranding and leadership handover was made during a lively internal launch event, simultaneously streamed from Amsterdam, London, and Barcelona. This event brought together the company’s broad network of European offices and facilities in a collective digital celebration, heralding the start of an auspicious new era for Storio group, with festivities echoed throughout all its locations.

After a laudable nine-year leadership period, marked by the merger’s successful execution with Photobox in January 2022, Tristan Money handed over the leadership baton to Alessandro Coppo.

Alessandro Coppo brings to Storio group a wealth of over 25 years of industry experience, marked by influential stints at Boston Consulting Group and a game-changing 17-year tenure at eBay. His role in elevating eBay Classifieds Group’s revenue from $300M to over $1B highlights his strategic prowess in harnessing technology to build connections and provide safe, engaging commerce experiences. This extensive background aligns perfectly with Storio group’s strategic vision and core values.

In his role as CEO, Alessandro is dedicated to furthering the solid platform established by Tristan and the leadership team, with a vision to develop Storio group into a leading and beloved brand, known for connecting individuals with their most meaningful moments.
